stairs view 2

just not getting it....i've created a stairs but did multiple rotations and mirror just to get the correct direction. alot of back and forth plan and 3d just to get it right...really really time consuming! ok, the next issues are:
1. tread #14 should be 1
2. why it's dashed line ? it's drawn on ground level.
3. this stairs is between ground to basement. on basement level, not showing it up either???
