stretching walking line in stair tool

When I create new stair using create stair tool, the walking line on the stair 2D doesn't stretch till the last step like shown in photo. How to edit walking line to stretch it to the top step of stair? Please help.

Select the Stair to edit it and in the Stair Maker Editor Dialog select the "Top Tread Below the Floor Level" checkbox.
