subtracting shape from mesh

Does anybody knows how to subtract shape, wall or object from mesh in AC 7.0 V?

No way, except making a hole in the mesh of the same shape, and filling in the rest.

Solid Element Operations are available from ArchiCAD 8 onwards.

So, the answer to your question: upgrade to 9.

You might also want to try ArchiTerra - although, to be frank, I don't remember whether the version that works in 7 does what you need.
