toggle Quick Selection mode

I lost the Quick Selection mode of the Arrow Tool. And cant seem to find it
I have searched the forum and the help from archicad with no success.
As I remember there was a palette where I could turn the magnet on or off but I cant find this palette. please help!

It's in the Info Box palette. See the attached image.

… and pressing the spacebar with the selection tool active switches modes.

Thank you. I guess too much "autocading" (obligued & regretfully) blunts the skills
