updating attributes

is there a way to update attributes say for example, dimensions.

I decided to change the font and size types.

What I did before was to select from EDIT/ALL DIMENSIONS and right click mouse to bring up the settings and make the necessary changes.

but when i start to add new dimension to the same drawing, it uses the previous setting.

hmm....please help.

Oce you've edited the styles of your dimension text, you must re-assert the new style when making new dimension text by option-clicking the newly-edited dimension text to change the default.
