visualization of slabs

Anonymous
Not applicable
I have a problem with visualization related to different levels. I draw a slab in ground floor and I tell him to show on all stories (because I want to see it from roof plant), but in fist floor I only want to see current story, so in view settings (of first floor) I tell archicad to see only current story but I see the slab of ground floor because of the settings of the slab. Is there a better way to manage this?
Another problem i have is that when I asign a cover fill to a slab I have to send it back so I can see the objects or even slabs that are above, this is not rational, it´s not real, its not BIM!, i really miss revit in this sence, that when you cut something you see what it is.

Change your Views Cut Plane Settings? From there you should be able to modify whether you will be able to see objects outside of the current story plane.
