ERROR IN AC22: GRASSHOPPER-ARCHICAD LIVE CONNECTION

I am having an issue with installing the updated Grasshopper Live Connection in ArchiCAD 22. I get the error that it is detecting it is already installed. I tried the terminal command listed in the article below for this same issue with AC21, but it did not work. Can you please assist? Thank you!

Hi,

Well, we would need to know a little bit more than this to be able to help:

• Based on that you mention the terminal thing, I suppose you are no macOS. Which version are you using? (10.14, 10.13, etc.)
• What version of ARCHICAD are you using and what version of GH-AC connection are you trying to install? (e.g. AC22 build 5009 and GH-AC build 4027.0)
• Do you have any other version of ARCHICAD installed?
• Have you had any previous version of GH-AC connection installed? which version?
• Are you sure you completely removed it? It has parts in the ARCHICAD Add-on folder and in the Grasshopper Plugin folder. Check the Uninstall section of this guide for help with this.
