Grasshopper to Archicad Import/Export

Necesito saber como importar archivos de Grasshopper y Rhino a Archicad.. ya sea en IFC.. he visto qe se pede en algunos casos pero necesito saber paso por paso como hacerlo.. espero alguien me pueda ayudar...
