"Grasshopper not running" when, in fact, it is.

I can launch Archicad 21, Rhino 5, and Grasshopper all like normal, but when I run the connection it shows that Grasshopper isn't running. I'm a student and use the education version of Rhino 5, and primarily Archicad 21 for students, but I have this same issue when using Archicad for commercial use. Please help!
