Archicad 11..Teamwork or Hotlinks?

I've been working with hotlinks since last year..I get some problems though from time to time that might even result to corruption of our files. This is just to check what most people like using, and if there are any reasons why we should switch to teamwork.

I'm using both on a regular basis and don't have any problems with either (aside from wishing they both worked a little better!)
