Archicad can't correctly import IFC file

Hi there!

This week we had a strange problem in Archicad that I hope someone could help me understand.

We've received an IFC file that while opening in Archicad would show this window:

After clicking "Importar" (Import), this window appears,

(  Error occurred while importing files....

Open report window for more details

   127 Elements re-identified)

Click OK, the model is empty and no objects were added to the Embed library.

In order to debug the IFC I've opened it in several other apps and noticed that the file tree is strange:

Used Blender's with the Bonsai BIM Plugin to "fix" the file tree:

After that fix, it opened in Archicad, without problems.

Any idea?
