Cannot reserve Hotlink manager

We have a project file that has two building files hotlinked to it. We have for team members who access of the file and suddenly none of use are able to reserve the hotlink manager. We have installed the archicad updates, i tried reserving the entire file, releasing all etc.
We can send and receive the file no problem and can reserve other items in hte file without any problems.
Any trouble shooting suggestions?

Hi dcameron,
I searched our database to see if there are any other cases like it and it appears there are. So here is the news to get around the problem for now:
1. Have all users who are joined to the project open the project and, all joined users in the affected project have to do a “Release All”
2. Then try to reserve the Hotlink Manager
In the meantime the developers are working on this to find a long term solution in a forthcoming update.
