Hi!

Is it possible to create a catalogue containing all the materials to be use in one project?

for example:

the catalogue only contain the all the modified design of cabinets.

If yes, how can I possibly create a catalogue template for it?

You can schedule any elements that you can model and you can set schedule criteria to look only for new elements if you use the renovation status (new & existing).

So you can schedule just the new parts of cabinets if you want.

The schedules can be saved in your template file or can be imported/exported into any other file to save you setting them up again from scratch.

Is this what you want?

Is so I will move this post to the scheduling forum (Project Data & BIM).

If not, can you provide more detail of what you want.

I mean, just like the 2020 design software use for kitchen design cabinetry.

1. Am I allowed to create my own catalogue sets of my cabinet designs? like drop and drag of the cabinets (or equivalent function of it in archicad.)

2. How can I easily browse all of my cabinet design in archicad? can you provide any link for this.

I am not familiar with that software.

Just remember, Archicad is not really a cabinet designing software, although you can model cabinets in it.

You can model cabinets in 2D or 3D.

There is no cataloguing system as such (I am not sure schedule will suit your purpose, I would need to see an example of what you want).

You could create a master file that contains all of your cabinets which you can copy an paste from or you can save each cabinet as a module that you can place in any file.

Or you can go down the GDL scripting path and create parametric objects of your cabinets.

Again, I would need to see an example of what you want to advise further.

Once you have all of your models or designs created, you can publish them as a PDF catalogue as a document.
