Disappearing Text in Schedules Based Off Zones

I'm having an issue with text disappearing in cells of schedules that are based off of zones (as opposed to objects, etc.). I can type, and see the words I'm typing, but as soon as I click out of the cell it disappears. This is a Teamwork project, but I have everything reserved. And I've changed the zone's renovation status to 'new', but that hasn't helped.

EDIT/ADDITION: The fields that I can't add text to are all 'Custom Text 1, 2, 3' etc.

I've included screenshots of my view and scheme settings, as well as the zone selection settings. Any thoughts?

Thank you!

If you open your schedule view and switch to floorplan with F2, are the zones visible / editable?

They are, yes - when I use F2 it brings me to the 'project map' version of the floor plans instead of the 'view map'. Not sure if that means anything?

It doesn't, I was wondering if perhaps you had a layercombination active on the schedule that hides the zones in floorplan, thus potentially making the fields uneditable.

I vaguely recall a similar issue, struggling with it for an hour, finally rebooting PC and the problem was gone.

I assume your problem is that you cannot edit the contents of your fields in the schedule?

I've rebooted AC and my computer multiple times now, and unfortunately nothing has changed. I can type in the cell, but as soon as I click out of the cell the text is gone (and the text color is not white, which I've checked as well!).

I had an issue previously where I couldn’t select the text to edit in a schedule because of the zoom setting for the schedule. Maybe it could be similar. Have you tried changing the zoom level of the schedule?

I have tried a few different view percentages, and that doesn't seem to change anything!

If it’s the Custom Text fields you are having issues with, I personally wouldn’t use those. You would be much better creating new Properties as string values for the Zones which you can then apply to each Zone and list in the schedule.

You can create a Property for anything you want and just make sure it’s allocated to a Classification that can be accessed by the Zone.  You may even find some of the Properties are already available anyway.
