Door schedule/window schedule "View" field

I have doors and windows with dark surfaces (bronze). How do I show an elevation of these in a schedule without the surface material showing? Using the "View" field shows the surface material and I don't want black doors and windows in the schedule. I just want to see the lines.

Changing the surface to a lighter color material works (obviously), but then my model doesn't render correctly.

You should apply a Graphic Override to the Schedule Viewpoint, which makes Fills transparent. Just set all types of Fills to transparent (Cut, Cover, Drafting).
