I don't think it is a file you are supposed to play with.
As far as I can tell it is here ...
C:\Users\your_user_name\AppData\Roaming\Graphisoft\EIDM Settings 20.6005\EIDM Settings.bin
You may have to unhide the APPDATA folder in the settings as it is a hidden system file.
I would recommend that you don't touch it unless you really know what you are doing.
