Hotlink not displaying correctly

I know there must be a simple answer but I can seem to find it.

I have created a file (a site Plan) and hot-linked it to my House file though for some reason everything else is showing correctly BUT the north arrow.... it is slightly tilted an not showing how it is on the Site file ( the Hotlink)

It shows correctly on the other files i have hot-linked the site too (using all the same method), its just this is the rouge one that wants to play with me.....

Any idea why?
