Ifc structure with composite elements

Hi there
I would like to export composite elements and single elements in the same structure. It does not make sense to have a different structure in the ifc, at the end each wall, slab, roof has components, even if it's only one. For doing that we tried to create composite elements with only one layer, but archicad is converting them to a single wall in the ifc structure and we loose again the hierarchy. Is there any solution for that?
Additional:
Adding properties to a single layer in a composite wall would be nice, there are many classification systems, which are not about building materials and not about the hole element type. We want to add properties on each layer, but not on the building material directly.

Additional it would be really nice to have the right integration of IfcMaterialID, IfcMaterialName, IfcMaterialDescription.
