Interactive Schedule has 2-lines per value

I have an Occupancy and Occupant Load schedule that is populated from information from zones. For some reason, it has two-lines per value. I didn't knowingly do this, except I deleted one of the "missing" fields in the schedule setup. How do I get it back to one-line per value?
