Hi

I wonder if there is any tutorial on how to make a start file.
We want to adapt this file with our walls and categories and send it to arkitekts.

You want to make a Template.
Google it and you will find a lot of material.
Good luck, making a good template is not simple.

goodmorning! I do not think that you need a tutorial, just open the default template and start creating layers, pen sets, papers etc that fit you, insert your logo, etc. after you are done with those things, just save the file as a *.tpl
And everytime you start a new project just choose this as an template.
The process it self,is quite straight forward, what is time consuming is figuring out what you need and where you need them to be.
Creating a template is always a work in progress.
Keep in mind though that a template does not include hotkeys, toolbars etc
Those settings belong to Work Enviroment,so you have to customize your work enviroment to fit your needs and then export it so you can load it when you start new projects.
I hope I helped!

Every one has its own standards, there is no good recipe for a template.
I suggest to learn the basic rules starting in:
http://helpcenter.graphisoft.com/tips/template-files/
and then make practice with one or two of your architects.

Tip:
you can't customize everything because you don't know what your next project need. I use to accompany the template with a little text file with basic rules on each of the customization introduced in the template..... doing so you will solve 90% of coherence problem.
