Perspective Settings (in particular date & time for shadows) as palette

Is there a Palette or toolbar that can let you adjust the Date & Time when casting shadows in Perspective settings? It's cumbersome to have to keep bringing the Perspective Settings window up every time I want to change the time when quickly looking at sunlight hours

Not that I know of... It would be nice to have a similar sunlight toolbar to SketchUp. It is so convenient to change and see what your current settings are.
