Property Expressions are not working in Building materials

The expressions are not working when using for Building Material properties.

It shows <not applicable> in the Property value  (In this example the expression only contains a property which is used for the same building material).

It shows no value in Component Schedules (see attached screenshot).

For Element Schedules the expression works (see attached screenshot).

Does Graphisoft know about this problem and has plans to fix this in the near future? or next Archicad version?

What kind of expression you want to use for a building material??

Somehow it has to be connected to a certain component to derive a quantity.

In the building materials' tab there is no quantity extracted when you set an expression.

Otherwise a description is only applicable.

Properties apply to whole elements but not to sub-elements; this is the level at which the functionality is currently implemented.
