Is there any example how these kind of tooltips can be created and used in the API ?

Is there a way in the API that a file copy asks for administrator permission if it is necessary when copying into a folder? IO::Folder::Move is not asking for permission if we don't have the permission to copy into a folder.It just fails to copy

I don't find an event handler in the API which can be used to track the change of the actual Model View Options. I want to show addon related GDL MVO parameter values on a palette. Event handler can be added to attributes (e.g. fills, materials, ...)...
