Scale in Storeys

I an utter newbie I have been able to get a long way using the literature and online help but have struck an impasse. How do I set the scale for a storey so it stays set?? I have drawn the plan in 1:500 and it was only when I started using plotmaker that I realised my error. Now when I resize everything to 1:100 to fit on an A1 page the section markers are huge.
Anyway there's got to be a way to permanent save the scale for each of the storey views. Anyone??

Humphrey,

If you save your view in the "View Sets" tab of the Navigator this will save scale, display options, layer combinations, zoomed view if checked in dialogue box, (and even 3d window settings). You can arrange these views in folders within the View Sets tab (I like to have separate folders for Plans, Elevations and sections, and 3D views, see below). These can then be imported into Plotmaker onto your layouts as applicable.
I find it a good idea to always have a specific layer combination for each view, (rather than altering layer settings and leaving as Custom) as results in PM will be more predictable when layer combinations require updating.

Click on the large triangle arrow to the right of View set title

That's got it thanks.

I also found that I can set the scale I want then redefine the storey to get everything working.

I love this software, I'm almost tempted to throw away the drawing board.

We still have a drawing board in our office. It gets used as a protractor, and that's about it! Ah, the memories, though.
