Schedules - Custom length parameter shows negative numbers

I'm having an annoying issue with a custom parameter that I created.  It is just a length parameter that I created to input a value that will be subtracted from the door height in another custom parameter.

For some reason, any time I show this parameter in a schedule, it shows any number below 1" as negative.

I've tried to change the Project Parameters and Project Dimensions several times, but without any success.  Could it be that the system is trying to show these numbers as '0-3/4", but it suppresses the '0' for some reason?

 

I've noticed that this is also happening to non-custom length parameters that are less than 1".  Aside from this graphical glitch, this parameter is working as it's supposed to in the equations.  I'm using AC 24
