Shortcut/hotkey for "hotlink selection settings"?

Is there any way to set a hotkey for the "Hotlink selection settings" that appears in the right-click menu for hotlinks? I can not find it in the keyboard shortcut list.

If there is not a shortcut for a function use a macro shortcut with a certain app

according to what keyboard or mouse you have or use a macro app like Touch Portal .

Try to assign the shortcut to Place hotlink command. The same shortcut is used for Hotlink selection settings.
