Size of Layout in the drawing list

Leire Bilbao

Hello!

I need to put the size of the page (A4, A1, etc) in the drawing list. The size comes from the master, but the schedule only gives me the option of putting the name of the master (which says much more than the size) or the dimensions (and few people know by heart how many millimeters is a A1).

I appreciate all input

Hi,

I checked, and while you can place that info with autotext in a text box:

the info is not available in the drawing index fields:

I'd suggest you rename your masters to contain their sizing too: A4 (210 x 297), A4 (297 x 210), etc and in that way it will show on the drawing list.

Hi,

My master do include A4 or A1 or whatever in the name but also include things like "WD-SHEDULES A3 PORTRAIT" or "WD-A1_LANDSCAPE_SERVICES" which is not something relevant for the drawing index as it is already in the heading.

If I name them all "A3" or "A1" I won't know which one is which for the rest of things
