What's the proper way to document all the floor finishes?

As you can see, I try to measure the floor finishes using Zone Tool. Later export to Excel to the Summary Table.

Not sure if this is right.

I know ArchiCAD can documentation all the floor finishes together but have not knowledge how to do it.

Is there anyone out who have successful export the documentation?
