Zones: Total area tag or label

Hello, is it possible to make a label (tag) wich displays total area of specific zones in a plan view? For example total area of zones of the same apartment? I need a single label for whole apartment. Thank you.

Usual workflow is to create a schedule for the apartment zones and place it in the layout with the floor plan.
