The Fills are file dependent, each file will have its own set of Fills. The template file (File > New... > Template) will have many more Fills. Open a template file, save it, then you can use the Attribute Manager to transfer Fills from the template file to your project file.
You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
