how to import stuff to another drawing file?

i could do for the favourites but what about the pens and cols to a new file?

i just have to do a 'new & reset' so i don't have that 'missing library parts' but i just need to know if there it is possible to import the layers, pens & colors just as there is a 'load favourite'.
