if else if in expressions

Is it possible to use "if, else if" expressions in the property manager. To calculate the cost of a wall with 4 layers like Gyp, Framing, OSN and Cladding.

I saw this function as the "IFS" function. I can't get it to work.

Operating system used: Windows Win 11

Use nested IF functions:

IF ( <first condition>; <value if true>; IF ( <second condition>; <value if first false and second true>; <value if both false> ) )

Note that depending on your operating system's regional settings, the separator may be a comma instead of a semicolon.

Alternatively, you can use IFS to avoid nesting. IFS stops at the first true condition and returns the value that follows it. If you want IFS to return a value when all conditions are false, add TRUE; <value if all false> as the last pair:

IFS ( <first condition>; <first value>; <second condition>; <second value>; TRUE; <value if all false> )
