I go to Design - Design Extras - EcoDesigner. But in the next window I cant press 'Start Evaluation' it's not active. Do you know how to solve this problem? Or maybe I need to set up some parameters before?

Did you purchase the EcoDesigner Add-On?
I seem to remember that it was enabled for a time period but it might have been expired.
Ecodesigner functionality (and some more) is now fully integrated into AC16 for no additional cost, however.

I downloaded it from my student account. Or it works only with professional version?

I think you probably have to fill out all the necessary data.
Here is the EcoDesigner Manual:

On Page 81 it says:

As long as EcoDesigner detects that any of the required input data is insufficient, the Start Evaluation function button
at the bottom of the EcoDesigner dialog box remains inactive. In order to start the energy evaluation, you must first
make the necessary corrections.
