Energy estimation

Hi

I experience a lot of problem with the energy evaluation system.
Can someone tell me where i do wrong?
I try to do it has simple has possible but it always gives me to hight value kWh/m2a (148,60 kWhm2a) ??????????
This energy evaluation is driving me crazy!!

I have been trying and trying fore manny different project but never succeeded.

Please someone help me.

Sorry guys this is in Swedish.
But what this is basically saying is that there is some wrong zone.
I tried to redo and update the zones several times but it always say the same thing
