AC14 TW freezes when send & receive

3 people working on a medium sized project. Every time one of us makes a send & receive the others AC freezes for a short moment.

Not a big issue but very annoying when you are busy (read stressed).

Any clues?

We are very large company with HQ network, virtual servers etc.
