BIM Server 14 Remote Login - Authentication Failed!!!!!

I have been try to get remote access to our office BIM server working. We were finally able to see the BIM server, however when we go to login as a user it gives us an authentication failed window as it does not recognise the user and/or password. We have tried multiple users, confirmed the passowrds etc and it will not recognise the users.

I cannot understand how it does not recognise the users, they are all there when we look at the Bim server manager locally, and we can login to the BIM server locally, we cannot login remotely

Are the remote user(s) login(s) via a wireless or a hardwire connection ? I understand from GS that a wireless connection presents issues into the BIM
