BIM Server Issue

I recently installed the AC17 module to our BIM server. Upon opening up the control center, it's reporting "Running with errors". I clicked the info box & it shows me the AC17 module is running fine but the AC13 is "stopped". It doesn't give me any more info on why its stopped. I tried the "Repair" function in the dialogue box to no avail. If I uninstall the AC13 Module so I can reinstall it from a fresh download will that effect my current shared projects data? Is that the right thing to do?
