But when we go to access an object from the libraries in a job are not loaded.
When we check with the Library Manager the BIM server libraries that were selected are now shown as unavailable. see image 2
any help with this issue would be very much appreciated

Ok, I have the libraries on my machine, but they're not in a shared location like the teamwork projects are. Do I need to move them? We're in a deadline crunch on a house and the libraries are not loading at all....
Just to clarify - by upload I mean load the library from a folder onto your bimserver. To access this library you need to then load it from the bimserver library list.

Should I load just the .lcf or the whole folder?

To resolve my problem, I've copied everything into a folder called [LIBRARY SAPSOPS]. This folder is then uploaded to the Bimserver. It's then the only library folder I load into my teamwork project.
Hope it works.

Got it sorted with the bug fix Greg suggested previously. I had my server named after my IP address and I changed it to my computer name. Just loaded the 13 and 14 libraries to my server.
Thanks,
Thanks,
