BIM server STOPPED working after storm!

Everything was perfectly fine until "Irene" came and our BIM Server just stopped working.
I'm not an IT guy but I think I can figure out with your help.
Our office has an static IP address, and all the ports (14001, etc. & 15001, etc) in the "terminal" are correctly placed.
I guess I need to open the ports again.
How can I proceed?
