BIMCloud Problems Are Getting Out of Control

Hello,

I get this error when I try to connect to my teamwork file. My friend who can access the file saves the file locally, opens it using open and repair and then shares the file again and I can join the file without any problem, but the next day when I want to join the file I have the same problem.

There are 2 other users in my office who are also working on this project but they don't have any problem.

Which to me would suggest a problem with the setup on your particular machine or maybe your BIMcloud user profile?

Do you have a subscription or SSA/FWD support agreement?

If so, probably best to contact your local support for help.

It might be a long process trying to figure out the problem through this forum.

A hands on approach from your local support would be best.

That message is very non-specific.

Hello Barry,

Thank you for your support and message. I have an active SSA/FWD contract and I contacted local support and we created a support package from the Teamwork file and sent it to Graphisoft, but Graphisoft's solution was to clean the Graphisoft folder in Appdata and this did not solve anything.

I see a lot of users around me and on the forum getting errors similar to the ones I'm getting, so I thought there might be someone on the forum who could offer a solution.

Maybe someone here can help, but as I said that error message is not very specific.

I don't use teamwork at all so won't be of much help.

But are you all using the exact same build of Archicad?

I would get support back on the case.

Yes, we all use the same version of Archicad. After having this problem, I also installed the 27.3.1 Hotfix in the hope that it might be a solution, but nothing changed.

We have been in contact with support for a couple of days. They allowed me to rejoin the file, but only for one day. The next day when I try to join the file again, I get the same error. If I can join the file today, I won't turn off my computer when I leave the office this evening, so we'll know if it's the computer restarting or the local data causing the problem.

Hello ryejuan,

BIMCloud Basic.
