Namaste,
We’re experiencing an issue accessing our BIMCloud server from one of our user's PCs.
As shown in the attached screenshots, we can successfully access the website via a browser using the user's credentials, which are working fine on other PCs. However, when attempting to log in from Archicad 27 INT Build 6010, the login fails.
Your guidance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Please let us know if you need any additional details.
Thank you for your support.
Best regards,
Srinivas

@Srinivas, what do you see when you select on the right the primary address of the BIMcloud Software as a Service component?

There must be something on that computer or around it in the network. The certificate that BIMcloud SaaS uses is definitely valid, not a self-signed one but it seems that this PC get another one somehow. Try to check the antivirus software, proxy if there is any, and other application and service that may alter the network communication.
