We have 4 licences of AC in our offices and a BIMcloud Basic in our own server.
Only 1 of the 4 licences connects to BIMcloud Basic. We are unable to link the other 3 licences.
Please help, guide, our local GS support team has no clue and we are waiting forever.

Did you lock BIMcloud Basic to Archicad 26? If you selected any other version or didn't set it, it won't work.
Better one is if it's not set yet, then you need to lock it to Archicad 26. If it was locked to anything else, it means you need to reinstall BIMcloud.

Can you clarify which archicad releases and which archicad maintenance releases are installed. Which ones don't connect? Which version of archicad is installed on the BimCloud side ?
Is this a recent issue? Was it working before a possible update ?

Hi INDUVARA
You can check the network system, whether they have communicated with each other. Maybe you need IT for this.
Exsample : Server IP: 192.168.1.10
Client PC IP: 192.168.1.xxx ( 1-999)
Can you send a picture of bimcloud web browser so I can give you a review.
Since based on what you said only 1 license is connected to bimcloud basic, it's like you have installed bimcloud and not bimcloud basic.

We are using AC 26 INT 5002 Win 64 Full and BIMcloud BIMcloud-2023.1-27.0.358.4103-1.1
Both Server and PCs are updated.
Everything stopped working after the updates were installed.

Thank you, it is not an IT issue but I can see what you mean.
The above screenshot is from our Server
And this one from the user whose licence is connected.
Maybe this is the issue, the GS support installed this for us.
We cannot figure out why one Licence is working and other 3 are not.

As it was mentioned by MKhahn, you installed BIMcloud instead of BIMcloud Basic, so you don't have the necessary BIMcloud licenses. The downgrade will solve your issues.

Thanks, we manager to downgrade but unfortunately we are unable to SHARE files from AC 26
The share button is blurred out.
This is my role in the Bimcloud Basic.

Thank you Noemi, we uninstalled and re-installed with the AC26 lock and all is working now, 😊
