Is there a good workflow for backing up the contacts of my SaaS server to my local drive regularly?
Looking for something that does not include downloading each project file individually.

Good question. Is there?
The only available option for SaaS local backup is to download the BIMProject / PLN snapshot from the BIMcloud Manager.
