I'm sorry to read about your issue.
Based on my experience this is caused by wrong network settings - BIMcloud Configurator cannot resolve the name or port of the computer, therefore stucks in an infinite loop.
Please:
- Check in Terminal if your IP address is correct with using nslookup host.
- Check in System Preferences if your computer name is valid
- Check in System Preferences if your computer name in all related settings.

If you have no luck with it, I suggest to consult with an IT professional, and if they cannot find a network issue, then please contact your local GRAPHISOFT representative for support.
