Hello
A BIMcloud user licence is the same as a Archicad license e.g does a archicad commercial license include BIM cloud user license, or they are two different things and need to be paid separately ?

Yes, I think BIMCloud licenses are paid separately from ARCHICAD licenses (BIMCloud Basic, formerly BIM Server, is still free), because they are offering many additional Teamwork-related features.
You should contact your local reseller and they can give you all information about pricing.
