Cannot seem to get the "sharing" option to work?

trying to "share" my PLN file.
getting "greyed out" boxes in the teamwork palletes.
What am I doing wrong?

Im new to teamwork myself but have you created a bim server somewhere. The file needs to know where that is to work.

I have created the BIM server already on the server itself.
thing is....I had GS trying to help me with this issue and what it's boiling down to is.....the location or IP address of the server where the BIM server software is located starts with "192...." settings while out user nodes terminals have IP addresses of 10.1.10.....etc.... and it appears this is the cause of the problem.

We are trying to get our MacMedic guys out here to help out in this issue cause right now.....when I click on "Available BIM Servers".....it's having a hard time connecting to it no matter what I try.
