Error on teamwork send

Hi everyone,

I am facing an error on ArchiCAD24 teamwork where it does not allow me to send in my edits. It gives me a long error message that has an "open in browser" button at the bottom. When I open it it says that on two elevations, two borders//frames have "deleted" custom ID-s. The error message it says that the archicad tried to reserve the elements for me. But they are already reserved by me, everyone else has sent in all edits end let go of everything in the file. 

 

Is there any way to fix this issue because I wouldn't like to lose all my progress... I have already saved the file into a separate ArchiCAD file, but I'd rather have it inside the teamwork file.

Hi,

I'm not sure if Find linked markers might help. Maybe there are non reserved markers placed on worksheets for example that need to be reserved, too.

Sadly it does not solve the problem. I already have them reserved.
