Long login times with BIMcloud SAAS


We are using BIMcloud SAAS for all of our projects. Certain projects can take up to 15 minutes to login. When one "Reserves All", the system appears to grant you access, but then the computer hangs for minutes on end, while showing a pop-up notification saying "You have successfully reserved all project items!". Eventually, the computer will stop hanging, and one can work normally. Not all projects have this problem, but ever since the most recent software update, the problem does appear to be worse, and more wide-spread. We are using Apple Silicon AC26 4032 USA Full. Does anyone have any thoughts what our problem may be? Could it be a software bug?
