I have MEP on my machine but my other teamwork members do not have this add on. We are having trouble with the other members moving objects that have MEP attachments. Cabinets with sink, toilets, urinals wall hung sinks. I am the only one that can move these items. Any solutions besides spending more money?
If ArchiCAD does not have the MEP Add-On then these objects get locked.
I think you can unlock them and then move them. I just don't know what effect this has on the MEP elements that may be attached to these objects.

every plumbing fixture (base cabinets, toilets, sinks urinals, furnaces, etc.)when mep is loaded has connections, and even without connecting the fixtures to any pipe or duct they become locked. This is good good lesson on why NOT to buy add on programs.
