Our architects are migrating an ArchiCAD 17 solo project to 19. The project has a library labeled as ArchiCAD Library 17 (offline). The program is unable to migrate the library when opening the project in ArchiCAD 19 with the message "Could not migrate libraries on offline server".
When looking at the Library Manager in ArchiCAD 17 the library shows up as offline and the server name is listed as RSCSrv which does not match any server or workstation name we have or have ever used. We do have a dedicated BIM server that has running BIM Server modules for 17, 18 and 19.
Question: How can migrate the library on the offline server to a location that can be seen and used by ArchiCAD 17 project so it is no longer offline. I assume once it is no longer offline the ArchiCAD migration wizard will be able to complete its task.
